2. Do I need to create an account to order?

No, you can shop as a guest. However, creating an account helps you track orders, save addresses, and enjoy faster checkouts.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide. Online payment options will be added soon for your convenience.

4. What are your shipping charges?

  • Free shipping on orders above PKR 1000.

  • A flat PKR 200 delivery charge applies to orders below PKR 1000.

5. How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed within 2 – 5 business days. Delivery time may vary depending on your location and courier availability.

6. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

7. What if my order is damaged or incorrect?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact our support team within 3 days of delivery. We’ll guide you through the replacement or refund process.

8. What is your return policy?

9. Do you ship outside Pakistan?

Currently, we ship only within Pakistan, but international delivery options will be available soon.
