Shipping policy

• At Toy-flux, we accept several payment methods, including Cash on Delivery

• All orders over Rs. 4999 are eligible for free shipping.

• When orders are placed on Sundays or during Pakistan's National Holidays, they will be processed and shipped the next day.

• The delivery time is between 3 and 5 working days (No delivery on Sundays). However, during our busy shopping season and major sales events, the delivery time can be up to 7 working days.

• We will ship orders by registered courier service on the same day if they are placed by 4:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time).

• Dispatch is scheduled for the following day if an order is received after 4:00 pm.

• When you place your order, you will be asked to provide the address of your residence or office.

• PO boxes are not accepted as delivery addresses. All deliveries must be signed for when received. We attempt to deliver your order to the address indicated by you at least twice.

• Any order above the amount of 15,000 requires at least 2000 as a security deposit which will be adjusted on your total order amount
